How can I contact the WILOX Online-Shop Team?

Should you have any questions to do with our products and the WILOX Online-Shop, you can contact us by telephone from Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm | Friday from 8am to 2pm on +49 (0) 8334 / 89 130-0. You are also welcome to send us an email to shop@wilox.de anytime.

Which payment options does the WILOW Online-Shop offer me?


You can pay easily, quickly and safely on Wilox.de using PayPal – and it is free-of-charge for you. Just choose ‘PayPal’ as the payment method during our order process. You will then just need to login to your personal PayPal account using your email address and PayPal password to confirm the payment amount.

Credit Card

At Wilox, you can also pay easily and safely by credit card. We accept Mastercard and Visa. Your card will not be charged until your order has left our company.

Immediate Transfer

Online payment has never been as easy as it is with an immediate transfer! You just need to use your secure and familiar online-banking information.

Payment in Advance

To use this option, please transfer the total amount due, stating the payment reference, to the following account:

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value in the WILOX Online-Shop.

To which countries does WILOX Online-Shop deliver?

We deliver to Germany, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands.
You are welcome to enquire about deliveries to other countries. Please email us at shop@wilox.de

What are the shipping charges?

The shipping costs depend on the country of delivery and apply per order.
Delivery is free on orders over €25.00

Austria: €6.95
Belgium: €6.95
France: €6.95
Netherlands: €6.95

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be immediately processed by us and will be ready to be sent out to you in 2-3 working days. Please also note the delivery time on the respective product.

Who will deliver my order?

DHL will deliver your order.

How do I redeem the €5 voucher I was given when I registered for your newsletter?

Please go to your shopping cart and enter the coupon code you received by e-mail in the space provided. After entering, please click on the ‘Redeem Discount Code’ field. The €5 voucher will then be directly deducted from the order value.

Will I be sent notification that my order has been despatched?

As soon as your order is handed over to DHL, you will receive an email to the address given. In this email, you will find the parcel tracking number with which you can track exactly where your shipment is located at any given time. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before you can access information on your shipment.

What happens to my parcel if I am not at home when it is to be delivered?

If you are absent and your parcel cannot be delivered, there will be another delivery attempt, or your parcel will be taken to a post office for collection. In both cases, you will receive a notification about what you should do to obtain your parcel.

What do I do if my order does not arrive, is incomplete or I have been sent the wrong articles?

What do I do if I do not like a particular article?

You can cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. It is sufficient if you return the unworn goods in their original packaging to us free-of-charge by using the enclosed returns label.

Is it possible to exchange the article/s I ordered?

We regret that we are unable to exchange items for another colour, size or variant. However, you can of course return the article/s to us free-of-charge, and then place a new order for the desired article.

How do I return the ordered article/s?

For all orders from our online-shop, we offer you the option to return the original-packaged and unworn articles within 14 days, free-of-charge. Please use the enclosed DHL returns label.

How do I get a returns label?

There is a free DHL returns label included with every order. If you need a new returns label, please contact our WILOX Online-Shop Team: shop@wilox.de
