For all orders in our online shop we offer you the possibility to return the original packed and unworn goods within 14 days free of charge to us.

Please use the attached DHL returns label. For returns that are not done with the free DHL returns label, the costs will not be paid or reimbursed by Wilox.

Please enclose the completed return form with the shipment. Processing of your returns is otherwise not possible.

For returns outside of Germany, we ask you to contact our customer service: +49 (0) 8334/89 130-0 | shop@wilox.de.

They will organize the free return for you.
